@CreateDS annotation

Why isn't @CreateDS annotation defined as @Inherited?

I'm trying to write a base class that includes @CreateDS annotation, but it is not inherited.

Probably because we never had the need for that?

The best would be to create a JIRA requesting the @Inherited annotation 
to be added in the base class. We most certainly can add it in the next 
release.
