Ah, I misunderstood that you were talking about this Allura instance, not running your own.  I have fixed it here now.

Hello,
after I have activated some functions of this website, I often get this notice: "Compiled JS is missing.  Need to run `npm install; npm run build;` on the server." 

Some time ago this didn't happen.
