Centralised authentication/authorisation - what docs does it replace?

In order to help define the schema, perhaps it would be helpful to
list the documents that are currently used in conjunction with setting
up accounts etc.

I started making a list of such documentation some while ago:

I guess some of these documents might be made redundant by the proposed system
