renaming config WebBeansContext to BeanManagerContext

Hi!

Just talked with David Blevins and we think it's better to rename the 
org.apache.webbeans.config.WebBeansContext to BeanManagerContext.

I think this indicates better that there is a Singleton of each of those 'Manager' and helper classes for each BeanManager.

We also saw that the org.apache.webbeans.context.WebBeansContext has not much use because all our internal Contexts currently derive from AbstractContext directly.

Wdyt? Anyone has an idea for a better name?
