For strings, the StringValue is a pointer and a length. In the case of the dictionary, the pointer is pointing into the dictionary (allocated from dictionary_pool_ in InitDictionary()). Since the memory for the dictionary page is already tracked, we only need to track these StringValue's, which are fixed-size. Either way, we should aggregate the Consume() calls here.
