Murali Reddy resolved CLOUDSTACK-5474.
--------------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

there is no need for code fix. We could have password encrypted, and we can specify encrypted password in the spring file that is used for the event bus. Details of how to specify are provided in doc bug CLOUDSTACK-5879
