    Description: The changes from [r1785622|https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1785622] and [r1785733|https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1785733] have made the XSS bundle unusable, by removing the OSGi meta descriptions. The end effect was that the bundle was not exposing any services.  (was: The changes from [r1785622https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1785622] and [r1785733|https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1785733] have made the XSS bundle unusable, by removing the OSGi meta descriptions.
