The exception report page looks cluttered when the same location (and source file snippet) is repeated multiple times. It would be nice if
a) the source snippet for a particular location only be rendered out once
b) exceptions that provide no useful information of their own (i.e., that duplicate data present in higher or lower exceptions on the stack) be omitted.
