Your build isn't helpful.  the output of ./configure (especially of the
APR/APR-util part of ./configure) is most useful.

apr_generate_random_bytes requires an entropy source.  It didn't resolve
/dev/urandom, /dev/random or egd/prngd.

Please bring your user configuration questions to the user support list,
the issues.apache.org trackers are not support forums, but strictly for
reporting bugs and source code defects.
