[jira] [Created] (IGNITE-23338) Reduce number of intermediate serializations
Vadim Pakhnushev created IGNITE-23338:
-----------------------------------------
Summary: Reduce number of intermediate serializations
Key: IGNITE-23338
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-23338
Project: Ignite
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: compute, thin client
Reporter: Vadim Pakhnushev
When receiving compute request for execution on remote node with tuple/pojo argument, we unmarshal the binary data to the tuple, then marshal the tuple again implicitly during the network messaging operation, and then finally unmarshal it on the remote node.
We could skip the intermediate tuple by unpacking the byte array from the client and unmarshal it directly before the job execution on the target node.
