would someone like to help fix
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1008 ?

This is blocking automated updates on https://www.fineract.dev (i.e.
https://demo.fineract.dev/fineract-provider/actuator/info is currently not
matching the very latest https://github.com/apache/fineract/commits/develop
).
