   After upgrading a staging environment to the newest 4.15, I am failing to access UI or run API commands with API commands resulting in 401 (Unauthorized).
   
   Note that the environment that I am testing was already on master/4.15, but generated with commits from June.  I am not sure if this commit is related to it: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/commit/5040283db9744175402b53ba9a6c701b9d8e3436
   
   I executed the SQL queries accordingly the commit referred above and it still fails. Has anyone faced the same issue with the master?
