[jira] [Commented] (KAFKA-1246) The 2.10 version is showing up as
2.10.1

Joe Stein commented on KAFKA-1246:
----------------------------------
I tested this and it works in that
"org.apache.kafka" % "kafka_2.10.1" % "0.8.1"
works with a Scala 2.10.3 project
so this ticket now comes down to aesthetics/consistency with 0.8.0 and if we want it to say 2.10 instead of 2.10.1

> This is arguably not a bad thing it is just different so I wanted to create a ticket for it... If we could keep it consistent as 2.10 that would make sense since Scala is now minor version compatible so either way really.
> Need to confirm that the 2.10.1 is in fact working in 2.10.2 and 2.10.3
