ALG: This is a follow-up task to #122395#. There I found out that the
UnoGraphicExporter in svx (class GraphicExporter) unneccesarily converts the
to-be-exported content to metafile and then back to primitives. This happens
with and without the 'export selection' checked. To test, use bugdoc from older
task or:
- create draw/impress
- add a line
- export as PNG

Comment: Changing this for 4.0 is too dangerous, so do it afterwards. It's an
enhancement only (quality, speed, memory), no directly visible error is
triggered by it (that was fixed in the previous task).
