   Hi, I have tried to make a brand new installation of Superset and it was impossible.
   It complains about a conflict with library versions
   
   
   ### Superset version
   0.27
   
   ### Expected results
   Run superset locally with docker commands
   
   ### Actual results
   The installation fails in the last step
   
   ### Steps to reproduce
   Follow the official Documentation to install Superset.
   The command that prompts the error is: 
   bash docker-init.sh
   
   Console output says:
