h3. What

GIVEN a User using 1.9GB out of 2Gb
WHEN I update him to 2 Gb
THEN the Opensearch quota-ratio index still displays 1.9 out of 2Gb

This index is updated only upon message events (quota usage) not on administrator quota actions.

 This is an issue upon migrations: there's no actual user action to trigger the quota updates...
