SVN status check - should it use last-changed-revision?

The SVN status check currently compares revisions between workspace and SVN.

This means that the status can show out-of-date workspace items when they
are not actually stale (apart from not having the latest revision details)

Having the same revision is certainly sufficient to ensure freshness, but
it is not necessary.

I think it would be better to use last-changed-revision.

Agreed?
