I'm concerned about the following from your output:

If the source is more recent than the executable, it seems that you have, at best, slightly newer source than the executables, and, at worst, are running a completely different version of the executable.  Could you grab the latest git version and build it, then either make sure that /sbin/guacd gets updated (and is newer than the source) or run guacd directly from the source directory?  The lines in your output definitely do not match the current version of the source code.
