*Background:*

The CI jobs are currently unreliable as in they produce quite a lot of transient failures when running the tests.

*Propopsal:*

We should go through the recent GitHub Actions CI jobs and check if we can fix each of the recent transient errors. Any non-trivial fix should have its Jira linked to this epic.

*Acceptance criteria:*

We should have at least 97% confidence of getting no transient error on a single CI job for a total of min. 70% chance of getting no failures on any of the 12 CI platforms.
