Inclusion of .class Files

Context:

     Eclipse v. 3.2

     Subclipse v. 1.0.3

Subversion - using SourceForge - not sure of version

Problem:

We have (third-party) .class files that require versioning. We have created
a "General" --- > "Project" that does *not* contain a Java Build Path to
avoid .svn and "clean project" collisions.

The files in question do not get committed to the repository (with or
without "Add to Version Control" selected prior to commit). I've been
unable to discover in the Subversion Book:

1. Why this is not happening?

2. What step(s) can we take to get .class files versioned?

Note: We are in the process of implementing our own instance of Subversion.

Thanks,

Marvin
