Note a new JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-12614 related to this fix.
We need a way to specify optional client dependencies.

For example: currently we are able to install (thru UI) Hive Server 2 without MAPREDUCE2_CLIENT or YARN_CLIENT or TEZ_CLIENT installed on that host.
