Apache Soap on weblogic 7.0

I was using weblogic 6.1 and I could successfully install SOAP on weblogic 6.1. Now I took the same code and tried to install on weblogic 7.0 but I am having few problems.

Even though I could successfully install SOAP, weblogic does not find my DeployedServices.ds file, due to which I could not see my SOAP services. The location of the file is same as that I used for weblogic 6.1. Even soap.xml is also the same.

I am wondering if any one know where I should place DeployedServices.ds file.
