Due to Ant's highly dynamic nature this is really not possible to do 
perfectly.  A NetBeans developer has commit privileges and it's an indisputable 
fact that Eclipse keeps tight tabs on what we do; my guess is that, today, the 
major IDEs are for the most part working within Ant's own style to keep their 
integration as tight, yet flexible, as possible.
