HTTP UserParameterModifier Error

Hi,
 
I am trying to use the "HTTP User Parameter Modifier" (the one that pulls values from an XML file).
 
It's a fairly simple test.
 
Thread Group
        + -- Gaussian Random Timer
        + -- HTTP Request Defaults
        + -- HTTP Cookie Manager
        + -- HTTP Header Manager
        + -- HTTP User Parameter Modifier
        + -- HTTP Request
        + -- Graph Results
        + -- Aggregate Report
        + -- View Results Tree
 
 
I added my values into the users.xml file
and each time I try to run it I get this error appearing in the log.
There is one for every loop * thread.
 
The users.xml file is in /bin and is called such.
