    Description: .  (was: MapredLocalTask는 hive server2의 자식 프로세스에서 실행되고, 로그는 hive-exec-log4j2.properties 에 정의된 별도의 파일에 출력 됨.

이로 인해 디버깅도 어렵고, operation log에 남지 않기때문에 사용자에게 상세 오류가 전달되지 않음.)
