   @qsliu2017 I found a similar issue on this: https://github.com/Azure/docker-login/issues/12. As suggested in https://github.com/Azure/docker-login/issues/12#issuecomment-587294567, how about keep using `Azure/docker-login@v1`, but put it right before the `Deploy` step?
