Manual Partition Trigger

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any provision by which we can initiate a re-partition once all the partition are assigned a consumer. This will help in scaling consumers as with re-partition of partition, there would be more partitions available and hence more consumer can be attached. Using this we can achieve scaling.
