HDFS logging from executor is being logged partly in hdfs.log and other logged partly in mvqr.log.  Not sure if this has been the case from the beginning or broken in between.  Because of this when we want set logging to DEBUG level we need to change both log4cpp.hdfs.config  and log4cpp.mvqr.config configurations.  Even then it is not convenient to have logging in two different files as the order of the logging is missed.  Would be good to have all logging in hdfs.log
