Any new generators or samplers added for the 1.4 release should be added to the performance benchmarks in the user guide.

Currently the new generators are:

PCG_XSH_RS_32_OS
PCG_RXS_M_XS_64_OS

These are expected to perform exactly the same as the non-fixed increment versions.
