The flaky test is org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.nfs.nfs3.TestExportsTable#testViewFsMultipleExportPoint.

When creating new nfsServer with some similar URIs (IP addresses and ports are the same but different folder) in config, the constructor cannot distinguish the UPIs.

The test also does assuming the order of a set.
