[Bug 120450] Find Replace has no way to turn off autocomplete

confirmed it with build: Aoo_Trunk_20120828.1800

But I think it's not about autocomplete.
Whether autocomplete is on or off, the issue exist.

The real issue is:
In Find & Replace dialog, when you first type a string, such as "it is good",
the string will be remained when you enter Find & Replace dialog again, and the
string is selected (blue highlighted).
But when you type "it is", original string still exist, and when type Enter,
"it is good" is searched, instead of "it is".

So suggest to remove original string when user type anything.
