[TRINIDAD] Is their a facet between the "brandingApp" and "menuSwitch"?

I am looking to center a title on the top of the page.  The documented 
facets "branding", "brandingApp" and "menuSwitch" exist on the top line, 
but none of them are centered on the top of the page.

1) Is their a facet between "brandingApp" and "menuSwitch" that can be 
used to place the title?

2) Assuming the answer to #1 is no, how to I center the contents of 
"brandingApp"
