[VOTE] Release InstallApacheFlex 2.5.3 - RC4
*Issues addressed in this Release Candidate:*
1. Enable Flex SDK download stats tracking
2. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33426 (UI fix for license
screen (show regular checkboxes))
3. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33151 (Auto-update logic fix)
4. French and Dutch language locale fixes.
5. Added the SDK version number to be downloaded in the window title.
6. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33202 (more issues).
7. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33419 (added germain
language).
This is the first official release of the InstallApacheFlex AIR application.
The official Apache distribution is the source kit which can contain only
source.
The source distributions for Windows and Mac are available here:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/flex/installer/2.5/RC4/sources/
The binary distributions as a convenience for the respective platforms,
available here:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/flex/installer/2.5/RC4/binaries/
Along with the installer, we are releasing the 'badge installer' that can be
embedded in our site as well as third-party websites. Here is a preview:

Hi,
+1 (binding) form me.
Checked MD5 hashes of binary and sources.
Checked signatures of binary and sources - there's a minor issue (see discuss).
Built installer from source.
Couldn't could do a make develop (see below).
Rat report is correct.
Run installer to make a Flex SDK.
Checked that the new SDK worked in a web based project.
Did not test AIR or mobile project as it using same version of AIR as previous installer.
Did not run full set of mustella tests it already been run on 4.9.1 SDK.
Tested on OSX 10.7.5 en_AU locale.
Ant release failed as the source package contains the README is in a different location. This issue is easily worked around ie check out the code to make a release and it's unlikely that a user would want to make a release from the source package.
We may get questions why it's using AIR 3.4 not 3.5 or 3.6 even though it mentioned in the README.

I attempted to build from the source [1] downloaded from our dist repo
[2]. I was unable to successfully build it just using "ant build". Any
suggestions on what I might be doing wrong. I'm guessing I would need to
copy the "flexTasks.tasks" to somewhere . The current SDK I have is the
compiled develop code ATM. I did see it create the "build/release"
folders, and it downloaded the "as3commons-zip-1.0.0-alpha.1.swc" file.
