LogHandler closes System.out

org.apache.axis.handlers.LogHandler.logMessage method calls close() on its
PrintWriter without consideration as to whether the writer is wrapped around
System.out.  After first use, the servlet container log file is close
(catalina.out), and no further logging can be captured from anywhere logging
calls are used.
