Agreed. Any hostname that contains its IPv4 address (whether dashed or dotted,
forward order or elements reversed) is properly subject to the rule. If the
assignment is not dynamic, it is still generic, and to avoid this, you need to
install [or request via your ISP the installation of] a proper host name.

That reverse with the IP quad being part of it is indicative of dynamic DNS.
The rule is firing properly.
