As i mentioned on the Tomcat bug database, i am facing a problem creating a war 
file: http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13733
They said to use another tool but i really CAN'T !!
i have so much work done with ANT-TOMCAT interaction. If this is not a bug , is 
there any way to disable the Automatic generation of lower case when the entire 
file or folder name is all upper case?
