Red5 Git URL and Jenkins builds - P lease create Tags in the Git repositroy

And I did also create a Jenkins job for:
https://builds.apache.org/job/Red5-io/

So there are now 3 in total:
https://builds.apache.org/job/Red5-server/
https://builds.apache.org/job/Red5-client/
