Log:
Moved restful_jaxrs demo to a new demo directory called jax-rs, this directory will be the place to hold various jax-rs related demos.

Added:
    incubator/cxf/trunk/distribution/src/main/release/samples/jax-rs/
    incubator/cxf/trunk/distribution/src/main/release/samples/jax-rs/restful_jaxrs/
      - copied from r609490, incubator/cxf/trunk/distribution/src/main/release/samples/restful_jaxrs/
