Xerces API/Impl versions

ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/maven2/xerces/xercesImpl/ ends at 2.8.0
ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/maven2/xerces/xmlParserAPIs stops at 2.6.2


Xerces team are at release 2.8.0, so surely the parser API should be
at that version, alongside the implementation?

They have to deploy to the apache repo

It contains the parent pom for all apache projects.
