Welcome Sizhu Wang as a StreamPark committer

Hi all,

The StreamPark PPMC recently added Sizhu Wang as a committer on the project.
Sizhu is the major contributor of the StreamPark front-end.
He has rewrite the Apache StreamPark official website, refactor the project
using Vue3 and split the front-end page components.
Please join me in welcoming Sizhu!
