bq. Shouldn't some functionality currently in module commons-numbers-arrays be moved to commons-number-core?

Done in NUMBERS-159.

There it was mentioned that module {{commons-numbers-arrays}} (only containing the {{MultidimensionalCounter}} class) might not be part of the v1.0 release. However, I've just found a usage occurrence (through CM v3.6.1) of that class.

> Shouldn't some functionality currently in module {{commons-numbers-arrays}} be moved to {{commons-number-core}}?
> Rationale is that the utilities focus on extended precision of some computations (on numbers that happen to be stored in an array).
> Wouldn't the Brent solver (in module {{commons-numbers-rootfinder}}) benefit from a version based on the new {{ExtendedPrecision}} class?
