markdown_syntax URLs exist for most tools, across all projects. And search_help URLs exist for ticket tools across all projects.
That is a lot of duplicate content on different URLs, and it'd be better to have just one URL for each

on branch db/8388
- consolidated markdown_syntax urls
- couldn't consolidate ticket search_help without losing some nice per-tool details on that page. So used noindex/nofollow instead
