[PATCH] AWTRenderer - page-number-citation text on render

If a page-number-citation is placed before the ID it references, the
AWTRenderer inserts a "?" instead of the actual page.

I see the PDFRenderer checks to see if the text is a page number before
it selects it's text.

Not ideal, but I've used this in the patch. 

Now I might go onto looking at fixing the Print option .. hmmm
