1. initiate the chart
2. set appendToBody to true by setOption() method
### Current Behavior
setting appendToBody: true does not work. It works when the property is set to true at the initialization.
` myChart.setOption({
tooltip: {
renderMode: "html",
appendToBody: true,
alwaysShowContent: true
}`
### Expected Behavior
The tooltip should append to the html body.

tooltip [appendToBody](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#tooltip.appendToBody)_ is controlled by [renderMode](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#tooltip.renderMode). Docs say _"By default, it(renderMode) is set to be 'html' so that extra DOM element is used for tooltip. It can also set to be 'richText' so that the tooltip will be rendered inside Canvas."_
So, by default, tooltip is already in DOM outside canvas.
If you want to see it better in Chrome DevTools, add a [className](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#tooltip.className).
But you are correct that _setOption_ cannot change _renderMode_ and consequently _appendToBody_. That is **not** documented.
