[ANNOUNCE] Welcome another new Comitter Dominik Riemer

Hi fellow PLC4X community,

I am very happy to announce yet another addition to the group of PLC4X Committers.
The PLC4X PMC invited Dominik Riemer as new Committer.

I guess he is quite known for his awesome work on the new homepage.

Dominik, very warm welcome from my side and it feels really good to have you onboard!

Julian
