committer keys for release

Committers who have contributed to River, please append your pgp public key to the KEYS file in the trunk directory in preparation for release.

I do not currently have keys, and this is not a good time to try to get 
a key into the web of trust. My understanding is that keys from people 
other than the release manager are optional.
