[PR] Support timestamp with time zone in PostgreSQL sink
utafrali opened a new pull request, #4383:
URL: https://github.com/apache/streampipes/pull/4383
### Purpose
When you have an existing PostgreSQL table with a "timestamp with time zone" column, the sink can't map the type correctly. It only knew about "timestamp without time zone", so schema detection would break. Updated the type mapping to handle both variants. Also fixed a typo in the error message.
### Remarks
Included tests for the timestamp type mappings to cover both cases.
PR introduces (a) breaking change(s): no
PR introduces (a) deprecation(s): no
