> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-27372
> Project: Spark
> Issue Type: Story
> Components: Spark Core
> Affects Versions: 3.0.0
> Reporter: Xiangrui Meng
> Priority: Major
>
> As an admin, I can configure standalone to have multiple executor processes on the same worker node and processes are configured via cgroups so they only have access to assigned GPUs. So I don't need to worry about resource contention between processes on the same host.
