Split ContinuumStore into few DAOs

The split is done in my branch.

I have fixed units in the purge module.
And build failure on solaris : java.io.tmpdir is a shared directory
/var/tmp and writing file here with same but different uid cause
failure.

I have strange intermitent failure with unit
BuildProjectTaskExecutorTest in core (but I don't think it's due to
your work)
btw, the code in the store module is more clear (human readable) now  ;-).
