Felix ConfigAdmin provides a {{PersistenceManager}}. It would be great to have a pluggable persistence impl. That would allow us to have concrete answers to the following use cases:

- be able to store/populate ConfigAdmin from a JDBC database
- be able to have a encrypted ConfigAdmin persistence store
- be able to store/populate ConfigAdmin from a cloud provider
- and much more ;)
